505 Electronics Base Workshop EME Rawalpindi invites quotations from well reputed and experienced firms, preferably those which are security wise cleared from military intelligence, for the supply of spares and stores as detailed in Annexure A. Items being procured: - Optronics Spares This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36. The technical proposal and financial proposal must be submitted separately in one envelope. The technical proposal will be opened on 23 November 2026 at 1100 hours, followed by the opening of the commercial offer after technical evaluation. The scope includes supply of brand new items with OEM calibration certificates, warranty/guarantee, and compliance with technical specifications and ITD approval. Firms must provide trade link documentation with OEM, data sheets for electronic components, and certificates for indigenous components if applicable. Quotations must be submitted in hard copy along with a soft copy in MS Excel format on DVD; USB submissions will be rejected. Earnest money of Rs. 3000 is required with the tender submission. Quotations must be dropped in the tender box before 1030 hours on 23 November 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Firms with pending delivery of spares for more than three months will be barred from participation. Delivery period should preferably not exceed one month after purchase order issuance. Tender documents can be obtained on CD during office hours. The indentor reserves the right to extend rates for 6 or 12 months without bidder consent.
