Supply of Med Lab Kits including Regent Kit Beta D-Glucan ELISA

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of medical laboratory kits. Applicants must provide valid documentation including MD CNIC of the firm, registration letters with DGDP and Ministry of Health, DRAP drug manufacturing license, export/import license if applicable, financial capability proof, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and a certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Payment of PKR 2000 as tender fee for registered and unregistered firms is required via Challan No.32-A to the Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid security must be submitted as earnest money via bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. The required bid security percentages vary by firm registration status: 2% for pre-qualified/registered/indexed firms (max PKR 0.5 million), 3% for pre-qualified/registered but un-indexed firms (max PKR 0.75 million), and 5% for pre-qualified/unregistered/un-indexed firms (max PKR 1 million). The offer validity is 120 days from the commercial offer opening date. A performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
