District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites sealed bids/tenders (Technical & Financial) from Manufacturer/Sole Agents of foreign manufacturers for the supply of Medical Equipment, Instruments, Machinery Office Furniture & Others for Scheme title Provision of Equipment for up gradation of BHU (MNHC) Rehmatabad into RHC Level Health Facility (Maryam Nawaz Hospital) under SAP Scheme of District Health Authority Health & Population Department Rawalpindi for FY 2026-2027, on FOR/free delivery at consignee's end basis. Items being procured: - Medical Equipment - Instruments - Machinery - Office Furniture The procurement will be carried out purely through Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered as suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System platform and access bidding documents through the same portal. Bidders can download bidding documents containing tender specifications, quantity, terms & conditions from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and Punjab e-Procurement System until 22.10.2026 before the closing date for submission of bids. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The last date and time for bid submission is on or before 22-10-2026 up till 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same date at 11:30 AM on the e-Procurement dashboard. Bidders shall submit 2% bid security of the estimated cost of quoted items through the banking facility available in the Punjab e-Procurement System by generating PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels. Bid security shall be in favor of the Chief Executive Officer Health & Population Department District Health Authority Rawalpindi. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the bid on Punjab e-Procurement System portal; bid submission shall be the responsibility of the bidder. In case the date of opening or last date of submission is declared a public holiday by the government or non-working day, the next official working day shall be deemed the date of submission and opening of tenders accordingly. The time and venue shall remain the same.
