Supply of Medical and Hospital Items for DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat

The District Headquarters Hospital Lakki Marwat invites sealed bids from contractors and suppliers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act for the supply of various medical and hospital items. The procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and covers a wide range of essential goods required by the hospital. Items being procured: - Purchase of furniture - Laboratory/dental chemicals - Disposable items - Vaccine - Washing items - Stationery items - Repair of Machinery/Equipment - Filling of Medical Gas Cylinder - Anesthesia items - X-Ray Films - Bedding Clothing - Contingency/Other items - Printing items - Repair of Furniture The scope includes supply of medical consumables, furniture, chemicals, and maintenance items necessary for hospital operations. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Earnest money in the form of CDR must be submitted with the bids. Bids will be delivered by courier service or postal express to the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat before 11:15 hours on 29th August 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All taxes including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Stamp Duty will be deducted as per government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
