Pylori, Rapid Antigen Detection (1755 Kits) - Disposable, Petri Dish, 90 MM (1162 Packets) - Culture Media, Blood Culture Bottles, Peads, Compatible Automated SYS (611 Kits) - Kit, Stool Occult Blood Test, Colorimetric Reaction (300 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of sterile, rapid diagnostic kits and consumables compatible with automated systems. Firms must provide valid registration letters from DGD, MoH, DRAP, and NTN & Sales Tax certificates. Foreign firms must have valid export/import licenses. Financial capability proof and market share certificates per Intercontinental Medical Statistics data are required. Payment of PKR 2000 for registered and unregistered firms as tender fee is mandatory via Challan No.32-A deposited in Government Treasury. Bid security is required as earnest money: 2% for pre-qualified firms, 3% for registered but un-indexed firms, and 5% for unregistered firms, subject to maximum ceilings. Bids must be submitted in three sealed envelopes clearly marked for Technical Offer, Earnest Money Draft, and Commercial Offer.
