Supply of Medicine and Related Items

The Nawab Ghous Baksh Memorial Hospital Mastung is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of medicine and related items. This procurement is specifically for the Mastung region under the hospital's administration. Items being procured: - Medicine & related items (Total Item(s) Count: 463) The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The scope includes supplying medicines with a minimum remaining shelf life or validity of two years. Only samples of well-known international brands or their authorized distributors will be accepted; local brands are strictly not acceptable and will be rejected during sample evaluation. The successful bidder must submit one sample of each quoted item within three working days for technical evaluation. The bidder must also provide an affidavit of non-litigation on 100 Rs stamp paper attested by a 1st Class Magistrate, confirming non-declaration of substandard, spurious, adulterated, or misbranded items within the last two years. The bidder must agree to serve 50% of the contract within one month from the date of the supply order. Shelf life requirements are 75% for local products and 70% for imported products from the date of supply. Eligibility criteria include three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 70,000,000 in the previous three years, presence in the Active Taxpayer List, valid Sales Tax Certificate, and no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. Bid security of 2% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit from a scheduled bank. Tender fee is PKR 1,500.
