Supply of Medicine and Surgical Items for Prime Minister Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP)

The Medical Superintendent of SSG Teaching Hospital Gilgit invites sealed tenders from well-reputed, experienced, licensed, and registered firms, distributors, dealers, manufacturers, pharmacies, and service providers for the supply of medicine and surgical items under the Prime Minister Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Local purchase of medicine and surgical items for Prime Minister Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP). This procurement is specifically for Gilgit city under the administration of SSG Teaching Hospital Gilgit. The scope includes supply of medicines and surgical items as per the program requirements. Only firms who have purchased the bidding documents are eligible to participate in the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 14th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Medical Superintendent, SSG Teaching Hospital Gilgit. Firms must provide a copy of the treasury challan as proof of purchase of bidding documents at the time of the meeting. Eligibility criteria include valid licenses and registrations, submission of bid security/CDR from a scheduled bank, and compliance with all terms and conditions. The successful bidder must furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the annual estimated contract value in the form of CDR. The successful bidder shall also establish and maintain a medicine dispensing facility within SSG Teaching Hospital Gilgit or an easily accessible point near the hospital premises.
