Tender Description
The Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital AK CMH Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids from General Sales Tax and Income Tax registered bidders holding valid Drug Sale Licenses (9 & 11) for the supply of all types of medicines, surgical and disposable items. This procurement is specifically for the local purchase of medicines and allied materials intended for government servants (indoor) and Zakat Fund for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated budget allocated for this tender is **Rs. 15,000,000/-**.

The tender process will follow Rule 36(a) under the AJK Public Procurement Rules using a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL'. The tender document can be obtained from the Civil Medical Store SKBZ/CMH Muzaffarabad upon written request until 01-September-2026.
Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 500,000/- in favor of the Commandant/Medical Superintendent AK CMH Muzaffarabad along with their financial proposal. Cheques will not be accepted. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. Bidders must also provide affidavits confirming they are not blacklisted and accept all terms and conditions of the bidding document.
All taxes and duties levied by the Government of AJK will be charged as per admissible rules. The contract will remain valid until 30-June-2027. Bids should be submitted in tape binding, duly sealed with an index and complete page numbers at the beginning of the technical bid. Proper page marking and signatures on each page of bidding documents are mandatory to avoid disqualification.
The last date for receipt of bids is **02-September-2026 at 12:00 noon**. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The submission and opening will take place at the office of the Commandant/Medical Superintendent AK CMH Muzaffarabad.
