Supply of Medicines and Medical Devices for Fiscal Year 2026-2027

Govt. Mian Meer Hospital DHQ Lahore invites bids for the supply of medicines and medical devices for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the hospital is stocked with essential pharmaceuticals and surgical disposables to meet patient care demands efficiently. Items being procured: - Framework contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (Multi National) as per Annex A - Framework contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (National) as per Annex B - Framework contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (Medical Devices and Surgical Disposables) as per Annex C The tender covers a comprehensive list of drugs, medicines, and surgical disposables. Bidders must have a valid retail drug sale license (Category A) and a pharmacy business with a shop in Lahore equipped with a proper storage facility. The procurement will be conducted under a framework contract for local purchase, ensuring continuous supply throughout the financial year. Eligible bidders should be financially sound with relevant experience in pharmaceutical supply. They must comply with DRAP guidelines and PPRA rules 2014. Bids require a security deposit in the form of CDR or Pay Order valid for 180 days. Both e-bids and hard copies must be submitted, with the original security instrument presented before bid opening. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-28 at 10:00 am, and the bid closing and opening will occur on 2026-08-06 at 10:00 am and 11:00 am respectively. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
