Supply of Medicines, Medical Devices, Laboratory Reagents, Stationery, Printing, and General Store Items for District Health Authority Rawalpindi

The District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for five independent lot-wise framework rate contracts under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended), using the Single Stage—One Envelope procedure. The procurement is for the supply of medicines, medical devices, laboratory reagents, stationery, printing materials, and general store items for the Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi, Special Prison Hospital, and DHA Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Lot No. 1: Local Purchase (LP) Medicines, Medical Devices, Surgical & Disposable Items - Lot No. 2: Laboratory Reagents/ X ray & Related Items - Lot No. 3: Stationery Items - Lot No. 4: Printing Material / Printing & Publication Items - Lot No. 5: General Store, Equipment & MISC Items Eligibility criteria vary by lot: Lot 1 bidders must hold a valid Centralized Drug-sale License as pharmacy/manufacturers/distributors; Lot 2 bidders must be manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors or dealers of the relevant goods; Lots 3, 4 & 5 bidders must be duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers. Technical responsiveness and financial evaluation will be done separately for each lot as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal in accordance with the portal instructions. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot is required in the form, validity, and manner stated in the bidding documents. Delivery prices must include delivery to the specified hospitals and taxes as applicable. The bid submission deadline is 10.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the office of the District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
