Supply of Medicines for Pakistan Mint Lahore

Pakistan Mint Lahore invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids through EPADS V2.0 for the supply of medicines. Manual bids will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Medicines Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). A complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded from EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/. The tender documents contain detailed instructions, terms, conditions, and specifications. Bidders must submit a sealed bid security in the form of CDR, Banker Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring the Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore before the bid closing time. Failure to submit the original bid security will result in rejection. The supplier must clearly mention the brand and make of the medicines. One set of filled hard copy bidding documents must also be submitted to Pakistan Mint before the closing time. Tender opening will be public on the specified date and time at Pakistan Mint. Conditional or incomplete bids and those without original bid security will be rejected. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (1). Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS submission process and ensure all documents and bid securities are complete and valid to avoid disqualification. The deadline for submission is the 16th of September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day.
