Supply of Meningococcal Meningitis and Influenza Vaccines and Vaccination Services

Border Health Services – Pakistan, under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Karachi, is procuring Meningococcal Meningitis (ACWY) and seasonal Influenza vaccines along with vaccination services through a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement. This procurement aims to ensure continuous availability and safe administration of vaccines at designated vaccination centers across Pakistan. The selected private partner will supply vaccines registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), maintain cold chain logistics, and provide vaccination services at Border Health Services centers nationwide. The scope includes supply, transportation, cold storage, uninterrupted availability, and possibly software for vaccination record management. The contract duration is five years with a revenue sharing model of 40% for Border Health Services and 60% for the private partner.
