Delivery is scheduled over 12 months. Participating firms must submit 3 tender samples along with required material samples as per technical data and specifications. Identification on technical documents is prohibited to ensure impartial evaluation. Eligibility criteria include possession of a valid NTN certificate, registration with the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), attested sales tax registration, proof of financial capability, CNIC of the Managing Director, bank statements for the last year, and a certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted.
