Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the supply of NIV implants and associated medical stores as detailed in Tender No. 2583063/R-2511/380186/A dated 30 Oct 25. This procurement is specifically for the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) based in Islamabad Capital Territory. The tender covers a comprehensive range of medical implants including D.C.P narrow and broad plates, reconstruction plates, locking screws, bone granules, and various other orthopedic and surgical supplies totaling 285 items as per the attached Annex A list.
The technical scope requires suppliers to provide brand new, high-quality medical stores with a minimum shelf life of two years or as specified, compliant with national and international standards including GMP and ISO certifications. The delivery period is scheduled from 1st July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Suppliers must submit a detailed technical offer in duplicate along with a commercial offer in separate sealed envelopes following the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory, with rates varying based on firm registration status.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with DGDP, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status with FBR, and compliance with all licensing and certification requirements such as DRAP license, GMP, and ISO certificates.
