Tender Description
The Cantonment Board Abbottabad is procuring nursery plants and seedlings for the beautification of the city and allied areas. This procurement is specifically for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the greenery and environmental aesthetics of Abbottabad. The scope includes supply and delivery of quality nursery plants and seedlings to designated locations within the city.
Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement requires a valid PEC registration and experience in similar horticultural supply contracts. An earnest money deposit (CDR) of PKR 20,000 is mandatory for participation. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately, and only technically qualified bidders will be considered for financial evaluation.
The tender documents are available at the Cantonment Board Abbottabad office and must be submitted by the closing date of 1st July 2026, 23:59:59. Late submissions will not be entertained. The procurement process follows the open competitive bidding method, ensuring transparency and fairness.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required documents, including the CDR and proof of FBR registration, are complete and properly attested. This will avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation phase. Also, visiting the site or contacting the procurement office for clarifications before submission can improve bid quality and compliance.
