Supply of Sanitary, Renovation, Civil Works, Electrical, Printing, Tyres, IT and Laboratory Items for Gomal University D.I. Khan

Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014 from eligible bidders registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-27 and covers multiple categories of goods and materials required by various university departments. Items being procured: - Supply of Sanitary, Renovation, Civil Works and Wood Work items for Works Directorate - Purchase of Electrical items for Maintenance & Repair - Purchase of Printing Material for Examination Section - Purchase of Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts and Conversion of bus body - Purchase of Photo State Machine for FAH, Desktop Computer, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, IP Camera and NVR - Purchase of Laboratory Chemicals, Equipment, Diagnostic Kits, Feed Ingredients, Farm Supply and Consumables for the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (FVAS) The scope includes supply of quality materials and equipment suitable for institutional use at Gomal University, D.I. Khan. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide bid security amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Director Finance, Gomal University, D.I. Khan. Bid submission and opening will be conducted online through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Manual submissions via hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bids and mandatory documents on EPADS before the deadline of 15th September 2026 by 12:00 pm. Original bid security CDR must be submitted physically to the university. The bid opening session will be held on 15th September 2026 at 12:30 pm in the New Senate Hall, Main Campus, Gomal University, D.I. Khan, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Interested bidders are advised to register on EPADS to obtain user credentials and download solicitation documents from http://pk.eprocure.gov.pk or www.kppra.gov.pk. Validity of bids will follow EPADS and KP-PPRA rules. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
