Tender Description
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone invites registered firms and suppliers who are wholesalers registered with the Income Tax Department and also registered on EPADS to submit their sealed Technical and Financial quotations as per PPRA rules under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the supply of the following items.
Items being procured:
- Table 3' x 4' with Side Rack (08 units)
- Table 5' x 3' with Side Rack (02 units)
- Executive Revolving Chair (04 units)
- Officer Revolving Chair (08 units)
- Sofa Set 5 Seater (02 units)
- Center Table (02 units)
- Visitor Chairs (22 units)
- Steel File Cabinet (10 units)
- Split Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton (11 units)
- Split Air Conditioner 2.0 Ton (01 unit)
- Copper Piping, insulation, electrical wire, duct patti, Iron Stand, solution tapes, nails with installation and additional installation of fitting per feet (As per requirement)
- Dot Matrix Printer Epson LQ 350 or equivalent (05 units)
The procurement includes office furniture, air conditioning units, and electrical installation materials with fittings. The site is the State Life Insurance Corporation office in Sargodha. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and EPADS. Bid security of Rs. 97,500/- in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is required. Technical bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17th September 2026, and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. The bid validity period is up to 180 days.
