Supply of Office Stationary and Others Store Items for Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG), Islamabad

The Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG), G-10/4, Islamabad invites bids through the E-Procurement system from reputed firms with active General Sales Tax and Income Tax numbers and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for supply of various items under PPRA rules 2004, amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Office Stationary (List of items attached) - Others Store Items (List of items attached) The procurement will follow a Single Stage One Envelope method. Bidders must submit one envelope containing separate financial and technical proposals for each lot. The scope includes supply of office stationary and other store items for the college located in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include having own offices or stock in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, active GST and Income Tax registration, and experience with government or semi-government organizations. A 3% earnest money of the estimated value must be submitted as Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of IMCG (PG) G-10/4, Islamabad. The earnest money must be uploaded with the bids on the E-PAD portal and the original submitted to the college office before 10:00 AM on 21-10-2026. Bids must be submitted/uploaded on the E-PAD system by 11:00 AM on 21-10-2026. Technical and financial proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of firm representatives at the college office. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the tender will be opened the next working day. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
