This procurement is aimed at ensuring a steady supply of high-quality feed materials for the unit's operational requirements in Quetta. Items being procured: - Corn Grain (110 tons) - Canola Meal (2.5 tons) - Sunflower Meal (58 tons) - Molasses (19 tons) - Calcium Phosphate (1 ton) - Calcium Carbonate (1 ton) - NaCl (7 tons) - Toxin Binder (3.60 tons) - Rapeseed Meal (58 tons) All items must meet the specified quality standards and permissible limits as outlined in the tender documents. Bidders are required to submit a valid source of supply for each ingredient, along with a bank statement and proof of previous supply contracts. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/DD/Pay Order is mandatory, and the value must be as per the tender requirements. The technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids will be received at the office of the undersigned until 16 October 2026 at 10:30 AM, and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
