Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Custom House Karachi, invites e-bids from well-reputed firms registered on the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) with an established place of business and working telephone facilities for the supply of office stationery during Financial Year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Supply of office stationery, FY 2026-27 (38 items, as listed in Part E).
This procurement involves supplying a comprehensive list of 38 different office stationery items essential for the smooth functioning of the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement in Karachi. The procurement will follow the Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit their bids online via EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.
Bid security requires 5% of the total quoted price by Pay Order in favor of Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Karachi. Cheques are not accepted. The successful bidder's security will be converted into a Security Deposit. Prices must be quoted per unit in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bid validity is 90 days from the date of bid opening.
The last date and time for submission is **30-11-2026 at 10:30 AM**. Bids will be opened on **30-11-2026 at 11:00 AM** at Custom House Karachi in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
