Maintenance, Supply and Services for Burns & Plastic Surgery Centre Peshawar

The Burns & Plastic Surgery Centre located in Hayatabad, Peshawar invites electronic bids from interested suppliers for the procurement of various maintenance, supply, and service items through the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014 for the financial years 2026 to 2028 onwards. Items being procured: - Maintenance & Services of Electric Generator - Maintenance & Services of Elevators - Maintenance & Services of UPS System - Maintenance & Services of Transformers - Maintenance & Services of Electric Substation - Maintenance & Services of Tube Well - Maintenance & Services of Firefighting and Fire Alarm System - Supply of Medical Gases - Purchase of Anesthesia Items/Disposables - Purchase of Medical Gases Items/tools/Consumables - Purchase of CSSD Items/Consumables & Laundry Items/Consumables - Purchase of Laboratory Equipment/chemicals/kits etc. - Purchase of Stationery & Printing Items & I.T Equipment's/Items - Purchase of Medical Accessories/Items - Purchase of Furniture & Furnishing Items - Purchase of Bedding & Clothing Items - Purchase of Miscellaneous Items - Purchase of HVAC Chemicals/Consumables & Parts - Purchase of Plumber/Sanitary Items - Purchase of Carpenter Items - Purchase of Boiler Chemicals/Tools - Purchase of Electrical Tools - Website Up-gradation Services - SLA for Software The scope covers maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, supply of medical gases, anesthesia and laboratory consumables, stationery, IT equipment, furniture, HVAC chemicals, plumbing and carpentry items, and software services including website up-gradation and SLA for software. All supplies and services must conform to approved specifications and are subject to inspection and acceptance by the Centre. Eligible bidders must comply with the prescribed bid security amounts for each item and submit their bids electronically through the e-PAD portal. The Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be furnished as per bidding documents and uploaded with the bid. Bidders should clearly indicate applicable taxes including sales tax/GST and KPRA where applicable. The bid submission deadline and opening date is 30 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Auditorium on the 2nd floor of the Burns & Plastic Surgery Centre, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Late bids will not be entertained. The Centre reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
