Supply of Official Uniforms for 50 Personnel of Khyber Forest Division

The Divisional Forest Officer of Khyber Forest Division invites tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelope Method (Above / Below) of KAPPRA Rules-2014 from reputable contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and relevant tax authorities. The procurement is for the supply of official uniforms for 50 personnel and forest field staff of Khyber Forest Division under the project titled Rehabilitation of Degraded Forests Through Nature-Based Solutions in Khyber Forest Division located in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Shalwar Qameez - Plain Cloth (50 Sets) - Beret Cap - Black (50 Nos) - Forest Department Monogram (50 Nos) - Service Chevrons (50 Pairs) - Shoulder Badges (50 Pairs) - Metallic Forest Cap Badge (50 Nos) - Stars / Rank Insignia (50 Sets) - Black Service Belt (50 Nos) - Waterproof Coat – Olive Green (50 Nos) - Jersey – Olive Green (50 Nos) - Boots – Black Colour (50 Pairs) The uniforms must meet detailed specifications including fabric composition, durability, approved colors, and embroidery as per Forest Department standards. The successful bidder will take individual measurements of all 50 personnel after issuance of the supply order and tailor each uniform accordingly. Tailoring and stitching charges must be clearly mentioned in the financial bid along with the cost of the uniform. A 2% Bid Security (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of PR8075 Divisional Forest Officer Khyber must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as Bid Security before the closing date and time. Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized person. All federal and provincial duties, including KPRA taxes, are recoverable as per government directives. Incomplete or late bids will not be accepted. Bids are to be submitted to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber Forest Division, Forest Complex Shami Road, Peshawar by 27th October 2026 till 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Contractors registered with KPRA and FBR with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
