Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of Oil Suction Machines for its retail outlets at the Central Store Kemari Terminal B in Karachi. This procurement is aimed at equipping PSO's NVROs with quick oil change machines to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Items being procured:
- Oil Suction Machine, Quantity: 30 units at Keamari Terminal
- Oil Suction Machine, Quantity: 150 units at Keamari Terminal
The machines must include a tank, graduated transparent bowl, suction hose, drainage hose, and additional accessories such as flexible, rigid, Mercedes, and golf probes. Technical specifications require a tank capacity of 80-100 liters, suction capacity of 40-60 liters after vacuum, and operation at oil temperatures of 60-80°C. The machines should be wheel mounted with a removal tray and noise level not exceeding 75 dB. A 12-month maintenance warranty covering consumable parts is mandatory, with a commitment to rectify faults within 24 hours or provide a temporary replacement.
Suppliers must ensure proper packing for safe transportation and attach a permanent data plate with manufacturer details on each unit. Equipment inspection will be conducted by a PSO-nominated third party at the manufacturer's premises before shipment, following MIL standard 105 E, Level III, AQL 1.0. Delivery is scheduled within 120 days from the issuance of the purchase order, with penalties for delayed delivery at 0.1% per day up to 10% of the order value.
Eligibility criteria include submission of a technical compliance table signed by the OEM, technical literature, and brochures. A bid security of Rs. 100,000/- is required. Interested bidders should submit their quotations by 23rd October 2026 at 2:15 PM to the PSO Central Stores at Kemari Terminal.
