Procurement of Engine Driven Firefighting Pumps at PSO Lahore Aviation

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of Engine Driven Firefighting Pumps at PSO Lahore Aviation. This procurement is specifically for the supply and commissioning of firefighting pumps designed to meet stringent safety and performance standards. Items being procured: - Engine Driven Fire Pump 250 USGPM (Qty: 2) - Services for Commissioning of Pumps including installation, testing, and commissioning (Qty: 1 job) The pumps must be horizontal, centrifugal, horizontal split case fire pumps, UL Listed and FM approved, with a capacity of 250 USGPM and differential head of 347 ft (150 psi). The pumping unit shall be factory-assembled and tested with the supplied engine, mounted on a common base plate and frame. Materials of construction include cast iron, stainless steel, bronze impeller, and stainless steel shaft. The diesel engine and controller must also be UL Listed and FM approved, with automatic and manual operation capabilities. Accessories include suction and discharge pressure gauges, mating flanges, flexible SS bellows, pressure safety valve, enclosed waste cone with sight glass, fuel tank with fuel system and gauge, flexible exhaust connector with silencer, semi residential muffler, dual set of batteries, chargers and starters, air eliminator, foundation bolts, and other standard components as per specifications. The supplier/manufacturer or authorized local representative will provide all supervision, skilled manpower, tools, consumables, and ancillary materials required for interconnection, testing, and commissioning of the firefighting pump system. The scope includes supply, installation, interconnection of controllers, cabling, tubing, piping, batteries, and all accessories necessary for successful commissioning. PSO will provide main electrical power source and main suction and discharge piping. Documentation required includes certified performance curves, hydro test reports, material confirmation certificates, foundation and general arrangement drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranty certificates, origin certificates, import documents, and non-witnessed engine and controller test reports. Testing will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises with PSO or third party inspection company representatives present. Inspection will occur at performance testing, packing, and delivery stages. Name plates from the original manufacturer must be permanently fixed on pumps, controllers, and engines. Fixed Asset Numbers will be provided by PSO and must be permanently printed or embossed. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from delivery or one year from commissioning, whichever is earlier. Supplier is responsible for replacement and installation of defective items without cost to PSO. Delivery schedule is within 22 weeks after issuance of Purchase Order. Delivery and transportation to PSO Lahore Aviation, including loading and unloading, is the supplier's responsibility. Prices must be inclusive of all taxes, levies, duties, GST, SST, and include all necessary accessories. Pumps must be brand new, not older than one year from manufacturing date. Bidders must submit technical literature, compliance certificates (UL, FM), directories printouts, filled compliance/deviation sheet, and pumping unit data sheet signed and stamped by bidder and manufacturer. All pumps will be installed inside the pump house at PSO Lahore Aviation. Supplier must ensure synchronization of all pumps and bear all costs related to synchronization supply and services.
