Supply of Ophth Medicines, Disposables and Implant for CMHs Financial Year 2026-2027

The Armed Forces Institute of Ophthalmology Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from local distributors or suppliers holding authorized licenses to supply Ophth Medicines, Disposables and Implant for all Combined Military Hospitals (CMHs) during the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Ophth Medicines - Disposables - Implant The procurement is for the supply of these items to all CMHs under the jurisdiction of the Armed Forces Institute of Ophthalmology Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with GHQ Rawalpindi and have valid FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority registration. The contract documents including prescribed forms, conditions, and agreement can be obtained from the Officer Incharge Med Stores during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/-. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Quotations for Ophth Medicines, Disposables and Implant. The deadline for submission is 1400 hours on 06 October 2026, with opening scheduled at 1430 hours the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
