Supply of Other Items to Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (PASS) invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayers on the ATL of FBR. The procurement is for the supply of other items to the Ministry during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Purchase of other Items Bids will be collected and opened as per schedule through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). No manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. The opening of bids will take place at the Committee Room, Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, 4th Floor, Evacuee Complex, F-5/1, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives as per PPRA Rule 13(1). Bidders must register on the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) to obtain bidding documents, including item lists, specifications, and terms and conditions. A bid security of Rs. 35,000/- in the form of a refundable Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Section Officer (General), M/o PASS, must be attached with each bid as per Rule-25 of PPRA Rules-2004. All government applicable taxes will be deducted at the time of supply or work order. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any proposal prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules-2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS and submission of bids electronically to avoid disqualification.
