Supply of Others & Cost of Other Stores Items for Corporate Tax Office Lahore

The Federal Board of Revenue, Corporate Tax Office Lahore, invites experienced and reputable firms registered with tax and other relevant authorities to submit electronic bids for the supply of Others (A03970) & Cost of Other Stores items on a least cost basis. This procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 under a single stage-one envelope procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax and regular Sales Tax return filers. Items being procured: - Others (A03970) - Cost of Other Stores items The supplies must meet specifications and samples approved by the Purchase Committee. Bidders can participate for the whole tender or on a lot-wise basis. Each lot must be accompanied by a Bank Draft or Pay Order as earnest money/bid security in favor of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Corporate Tax Office Lahore. The bid security must be submitted in hard copy before bid opening in a sealed envelope. Rates quoted must include all applicable government duties, taxes, and charges such as travelling and transportation. The quoted rates will be valid until 30.06.2027. Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and Sales Tax deductions will be made as per law. Electronic bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk, PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk, and FBR website www.fbr.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted electronically only through EPADS by 23.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Corporate Tax Office Lahore. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted applications will be rejected. Payments will be made as per available budget through AGPR Sub Office Lahore. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee is available on EPADS.
