Supply of Pesticides Chlorpyrifos, Bifenthrin, Deltamethrin, Lambda Cyhalothrin and Aluminum Phosphide Tablets

The Pest Control Forest Division of the Punjab Forest Department Lahore invites bids for the supply of pesticides for the year 2026-27 under the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) in line with PPRA rules. This procurement is for the development of the forest division and requires firms or contractors registered with Income Tax and General Sales Tax, with active status and valid Punjab E-Procurement registration. Items being procured: - Chlorpyrifos 40% EC, 1100 Liters - Bifenthrin 10% EC, 350 Liters - Deltamethrin 2.5% EC, 100 Liters - Lambda Cyhalothrin 2.5% EC, 300 Liters - Aluminum Phosphide 56%, 30,000 tablets The technical specifications and terms of reference are detailed in the bidding documents available on the PPRA website and Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bidders must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price for each lot online as per Punjab E-Procurement regulations. Bids must be completed, signed, and submitted online by 10:30 AM on October 14, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Payment will be made after quality analysis of pesticides by PCSIR Lab, with the analysis fee borne by the contractor. Any submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid prior to acceptance. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per policy. Quantities may be adjusted as per field requirements before work order issuance.
