The Medical Superintendent District Head Quarter Hospital Jamshoro @ Kotri invites sealed tenders from Manufacturers, Distributors, Suppliers, and Importers with good reputation and sound financial position for procurement of the following items for the fiscal year 2026-2027 through the E-PADS (Electronic Public Procurement System) under SPP Rule 46(2) Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedures. Items being procured: - Others (Petty articles) - Dietary Items - Thalassemia items - Other Dialysis items The bidding documents containing specifications, terms, and conditions can be purchased from the office of the undersigned upon submission of application and cash payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000 for each category from the date of publication in print and electronic media. The tender submission deadline is on 18-09-2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening scheduled for 18-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at Bilawal Seminar Hall, DHQ Hospital Jamshoro @ Kotri. Only technical bids will be opened initially in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid subject to relevant provisions of SPPR Rule 2010 (Amended 2017-2019) and may cancel the bidding process at any time before acceptance of any bid or proposal as per Rule-25(I). In case of a holiday, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day as per the schedule.
