Tender Description
The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib invites eligible bidders to submit E-Bids for the procurement of various essential items on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the Government of Punjab, Health & Population Department budget umbrella. Items being procured:
- Office Stationary Items
- X Ray Films & Chemicals
- Blood Bank Items
- Laboratory Kits & Chemicals
- Dental Materials & Medicines
- Bedding and Linen Items
- General Store Items
- Medical Gases
- Medical Surgical and Disposable items for Dialysis
- Information Technology Items
This procurement is conducted through a framework contract for each category with a bid security of 2% per item. Bidding will be done via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) using a Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The last date for uploading and submission of E-Bids is the 10th of September, 2026 till 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Draft and submit original CDR along with affidavits before the closing date and time. Only typed quoted rates will be accepted; any alterations or corrections will not be entertained. Firms must prepare and submit bids enlisting all items/products quoted, attaching all relevant documents and samples as required. The bidding documents and samples must be prepared as per the sequence and instructions provided. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested applicants can download bidding documents from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all samples are submitted before the closing time to avoid rejection and to strictly follow the sequence and format of bidding documents to prevent disqualification.
