Supply of Pipe Lifting Belts and Web Sling Belts for SNGPL Rawalpindi

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) based in Rawalpindi, Punjab, is procuring specialized pipe handling equipment for its North Spread Capms (PHQ) operations. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves the supply of pipe lifting belts and web sling belts with various load capacities. The items are to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, opposite Kundi Model Farm, Khokhar Adda, 7.0 km Chashma Road, DI Khan. Items being procured: - Pipe Lifting Belt Capacity 45 Ton (5 Nos) - Pipe Lifting Belt Capacity 25 Ton (7 Nos) - Pipe Lifting Belt Capacity 15 Ton (7 Nos) - Web Sling Belt Capacity 05 Ton (12 Nos) - Web Sling Belt Capacity 10 Ton (10 Nos) - Web Sling Belt Capacity 15 Ton (8 Nos) - Web Sling Belt Capacity 20 Ton (6 Nos) - Web Sling Belt Capacity 25 Ton (4 Nos) - Web Sling Belt Capacity 40 Ton (3 Nos) - Web Sling Belt Capacity 50 Ton (3 Nos) The technical specifications require 8 meters length, 12 inches width, 4-ply thickness, 100% polyester webbing with anti-slip, strong grip, durable and washable features. Safety factor ratio is 7:1 and the belts should be lightweight, equivalent to Citex Holland or equal quality. Delivery is expected within 15 days from the date of purchase order. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, hold a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, and comply with all legal and technical requirements. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, August 4, 2026, 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
