Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the supply of pipe lifting belts and web sling belts with various load capacities. This procurement is specifically for the SNGPL Camp Store located near Ranger Cadet College Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi. The items being procured include: - Pipe Lifting Belt Cap.50Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 4 Nos - Pipe Lifting Belt Cap.25 Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 5 Nos - Pipe Lifting Belt Cap.15 Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 8 Nos - Web Sling Belt Cap.15 Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 10 Nos - Web Sling Belt Cap.25 Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 6 Nos - Web Sling Belt Cap.20 Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 8 Nos - Web Sling Belt Cap.40Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 4 Nos - Web Sling Belt Cap.10Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 8 Nos - Web Sling Belt Cap.50Ton WLL Length: 8 meters, Quantity: 3 Nos All belts are made of 100% polyester webbing, designed for strong grip, anti-slip, durability, and washable with a safety factor ratio of 7:1. The materials are expected to be equivalent to Citex Holland or similar quality. Delivery is required within 15 days after receipt of the purchase order at the specified SNGPL Camp Store in Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC category requirements, hold valid FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate relevant experience. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. A bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is mandatory and must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline at the SNGPL Camp Store address. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Payment will be made within 30 days after satisfactory delivery and submission of invoices.
