Supply of Plant and Machinery Items for Sindh Prisons and Corrections Service

The Inspector General of Sindh Prisons and Corrections Service Karachi is procuring Plant and Machinery items for the year 2025-2026. This procurement is specifically for the Sindh Prisons located in Karachi. The scope includes supply of Tent Sheets complete setup for 45x45 ft in red or blue color and Fumigation Spray Machines Model TS-35A Portable Thermal Fogger or equivalent. The Tent Sheets setup includes top roof canvas shamiyana, side walls, various size polls, iron hooks, ropes, and dari. The fumigation machines have detailed technical specifications including weight, dimensions, fuel and chemical tank capacities, and warranty of one year. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or experienced suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board where applicable. They should have relevant experience of at least three years and meet financial criteria including an average annual turnover of Rs. 15 million over the last three years. Bidders must submit earnest money of Rs. 1,50,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Inspector General of Prisons Sindh. Technical proposals must include original bid documents signed and sealed, along with mandatory documents such as Income Tax and GST certificates, manufacturer authorization, and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting. The bid submission deadline is 18 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. through the SPPRA E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) website. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Samples must be provided when called for demonstration during technical evaluation. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Delivery must be completed within 15 days of supply order at the Inspectorate General of Prisons Sindh Karachi.
