The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of a wide range of military and related goods. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules, and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured include: - Pneumatic Tubeless Tyres 275/70R22.5 and 295/75R22.5 with various load indexes and tread patterns - Pneumatic Tube Tyres in sizes 6.50x14, 7.00x16, 7.50R16, 8.25x20, 10.00x20, 11.00x20, 12.00x20, 14.00x20, and 7.50x20 with different ply ratings and speed symbols - Military Truck Spares for various models including 1¼ Ton 4x4 EFI Defender 130 Land Rover UK, 5 Ton Hino GT series, Mitsubishi L-200, Isuzu FTS 34 SU, Toyota Land Cruiser HZJ-70 and HZJ-71, Hyundai Shehzore H-100 - Bullet Proof Jackets in multiple sizes and configurations for right and left hand firers - Mine Detectors - Fire Pumps on Trailer (TFP) and Ammo Stacker Battery Operated - Circuit Card Assembly for Radar Set MSTAR AN/PPS-5C - Military clothing and accessories including ground sheets, towels, vests, bath towels, sulphuric acid, socks, jerseys, mittens, field caps, sleeping bags, heaters, stoves, cooking sets, food jackets, belts, syphon dish trolleys, ponchos, and PLCE items The technical scope covers supply of OEM or indigenous items meeting specified standards. Tender documents can be obtained upon submission of required documents including DGDP registration, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertakings, bank statements, CNIC copies, and certificates of non-blacklisting. A non-refundable challan fee of Rs. 2000/- is required for each tender. Bid security of 5% of quoted value (maximum Rs. 1.0 million) must be submitted via bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. Performance bank guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
