Tender Description
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Khanewal invites E-Bids for the purchase and provision of various miscellaneous items and services under an Annual Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement includes items such as Office Stationery, Uniform & Protective Clothing, Computer Stationery, Other Charges, Machinery & Equipment Repair, and Repair of I.T Equipment.

The total estimated cost is Rs. 9.98/- with a bid security amounting to Rs. 499,000. Bidders must submit a single-stage two-envelope package containing Technical and Financial bids through the E-Procurement system. The bids will be opened on 03-09-2026 at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted online in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Khanewal.
