Tender Description
The Livestock and Dairy Development Department Punjab invites e-bids/tenders on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the supply of PVC Flex materials under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for authorized distributors registered on the e-Procurement System regarding the procurement of Panaflexes under various ADP schemes including CM Punjab Livestock Card, Empowering Rural Women in Punjab, Herd Transformation to Enhance Productivity (Phase-I), Rehabilitation of Veterinary Hospital, and Dairy Supply Chain Support Project.
Items being procured:
- PVC Flex – 240 gm/meter square (150,000 sq ft)
- PVC Flex – 400 gm/meter square (25,000 sq ft)
The scope includes supply of high-quality PVC Flex materials suitable for outdoor and indoor advertising and display purposes. The materials will be used across multiple schemes aimed at livestock development and rural empowerment in Punjab. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Rule 38(2), adopting a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be authorized distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with valid FBR/ATL registration. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted via PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System and uploaded with the technical proposal.
The last date for uploading and submission of e-bids is **18.11.2026 till 11:00 AM** on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of firm representatives. Late or physical bids will not be entertained. Bidders seeking clarifications must upload queries on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
