Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi invites experienced and financially sound firms to submit tenders for the purchase of various sports items, garments, materials, and prize items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and fulfill all evaluation criteria as per Punjab e-Procurement System requirements.
Items being procured:
- LOT 1: Footballs (size 5), Volleyballs, Cricket Bats, Cricket Balls, Hockey Sticks, Hockey Balls, Badminton Rackets, Badminton Shuttlecocks, Table Tennis Bats, Table Tennis Balls, Lawn Tennis Balls, Athletics Sports Items (Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, Hurdles, Relay Batons), Prize Items (Shields, Medals, Trophies)
- LOT 2: Sports Garments (Track Suits, T-Shirts, Shorts, Sports Shoes, Socks, Caps)
- LOT 3: Sports Materials (Nets, Corner Flags, Whistles, Stop Watches, Measuring Tapes, Score Sheets, Marking Powder)
- LOT 4: Miscellaneous Items (First Aid Boxes, Water Coolers, Water Bottles, Towels, Bags)
Each lot has a detailed item list and estimated cost as per the tender document. The total estimated price for all lots is **PKR 8,382,476**. Bid Security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost of each lot must be submitted online as per the Punjab e-Procurement System procedure.
Eligibility requires valid registration with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax, as well as compliance with the technical and financial criteria outlined in the tender documents. Tenders must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) on or before **16-11-2026 at 10:30 AM**. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure.
