Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad is procuring PVMS Dressing medical stores as per tender number 2583032/R-2511/380155/A dated 22 October 2025. This procurement is specifically for supply to the Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad. The tender covers supply of various medical dressing items including CVP line single lumen 18G, tracheostomy tubes disposable cuff and non-cuff types, and other related medical consumables as detailed in the DP-2 form Annex A.
The technical scope requires firms to submit detailed technical offers including brand names, manufacturer details, and compliance with PVMS/NIV specifications. The stores must have a minimum shelf life of two years or as specified, with proper packaging and labeling according to Drugs Act 1976. Delivery is scheduled for the financial year 2026-27, from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027, with supply order based deliveries on a quarterly basis. Inspection and quality assurance will be conducted by PNMSD and PNS Hafeez with strict adherence to cold chain requirements where applicable.
Eligible bidders must be registered with DGDP or willing to register, possess valid NTN and GST certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms must provide Earnest Money in the form of CDR as per tender conditions and comply with all technical and commercial requirements including submission of DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms. The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure with technical offers evaluated first, followed by commercial offers of technically qualified firms.
The submission deadline is 09 June 2026 at 1030 hours at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) through Bahria Gate near SNID Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical offers in duplicate and ensure all required documents including treasury challan, earnest money, and technical literature are included. A practical tip for bidders is to strictly follow the sequence and format of documents as per Annex-A of DP-2 to avoid disqualification due to incomplete or improperly packed submissions.
