Tender Description
The Central Prison Haripur is inviting applications for the supply of Raw Ration and other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended for the consumption needs of prisoners and inmates at Central Prison Haripur, located in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The department responsible for this tender is the Central Prison Haripur.

The tender scope includes the supply of these items in accordance with the required quality standards and quantities for the entire financial year. All items must be supplied after inspection and satisfactory report. In case of substandard supply, the contractor will be blacklisted and the security deposit forfeited. The supply location is the Devdi gate of Central Prison Haripur.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with KPPRA or EPADS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Registration on the EPADS portal (https://portal.eprocure.gov.pk/) is mandatory for participation. Contractors must submit 2% CDR of the tender value in favor of the Pretender Central Prison Haripur before the closing date. Firms must not be blacklisted by any government department and must provide all registration certificates including FBR, KPPRA, National Tax Number, Sales Tax Number, and a certificate from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Authority under Section 15 of KPFS & HFA Act 2014. Preference will be given to contractors with at least 3 years of experience in cooked food supply.
