Supply of Reach Stacker and Fork Lifter for Pipri Project on FOR Karachi Basis

The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites qualified and experienced firms, OEMs, and contractors to submit sealed bids for the supply of Reach Stacker and Fork Lifter equipment for the Pipri Project on FOR Karachi basis. This procurement includes the complete purchase of Reach Stacker and Fork Lifter along with associated mechanical, electrical, control, and commissioning work necessary to meet specified storage temperature conditions. Items being procured: - Reach Stacker with capacity 45 to 50 Tons (2 units) - Fork Lifter with capacity 10 Tons (1 unit) The Reach Stacker must comply with international standards including EN 1459, ISO 15018, and GB/T 26474, and be CE certified. It should feature advanced structural design, high-capacity handling for 20FT and 40FT ISO containers, a high-torque diesel engine meeting EURO IIIA emission standards, electronic automatic transmission, hydraulic load-sensing technology, intelligent CAN-bus control systems, and comprehensive safety features including electronic overload protection and automatic fire suppression. The Fork Lifter must be diesel operated with a lifting capacity of 10 Tons, EURO Stage III or above engine, automatic transmission, and safety features including fire suppression. Bidders must be OEMs, manufacturers, or authorized distributors with 3-5 years of experience in selling Reach Stackers and Fork Lifters. Eligibility requires NTN/STRN registration, active tax filer status, authorization letters from OEMs, technical data, and compliance with tender conditions. Tender fee of Rs 2,000 and bid security of Rs 1,000,000 in the form of bank drafts must accompany the technical proposal. The tender follows PPRA Rule 36(b) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and commercial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed covers. Delivery period is 90 days after issuance of Letter of Acceptance. Late delivery charges of 1% per month apply beyond the deadline. Payment will be made 100% after delivery, final inspection, and issuance of Certified Receipt Voucher. Bids must be delivered to HQ NLC Harding Road near AFIRM Rawalpindi by hand or post before the specified deadline. Partial delivery is accepted. Pre-bid meeting will be held at HQ NLC Harding Road Support Branch Conference Room to clarify queries.
