Tender Description
The Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for the supply, purchase, repair, and overhauling of various aircraft equipment and spares at the Rawalpindi base. This procurement covers a wide range of items including engine repair of aircraft, spares for manufacturing 61X interface test adapters, equipment for industrial labs at the School of Industrial Engineering, communication equipment and services, spares for ATCR system, PA system, ACMI equipment, vehicle tyres, and suit case air crew delivery black. The scope involves both supply and repair services, with contracts ranging from 3 to 18 months depending on the item.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and possess relevant PEC categories where applicable. Firms unregistered or un-indexed with DGDP must provide earnest money, financial capability proof such as 6 months bank statements, and manufacturer or stockiest agreements. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 is required with the submission. The tender documents and specifications can be downloaded from the Pakistan Air Force website or requested via email. The submission deadline is strictly on 16 June 2026 at 1000 hours, with technical bids opening the same day at 1100 hours.
It is essential for bidders to ensure their quotations remain valid for 90 days and to mention sales tax separately. Past performance and timely delivery records will be considered during evaluation. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the prescribed SBD and ensure all required documents including CDR and technical details are complete to avoid disqualification. Early submission is advised to accommodate any clarifications or requests for information from the PAF procurement office.
