Supply and Repair of Manhole Covers, Drainage, Street Lights, Excavator Hiring and Flood Arrangements Hafizabad

The Office of the District Council Hafizabad is inviting E-bids from financially sound and well reputed firms, contractors, and companies registered with Punjab E-Procurement and relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax. The procurement is for multiple projects under the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027 in Hafizabad. Items being procured: - Supply of Manhole Covers and frames including safety net of manholes - Repair, rising, fixing of manholes and sewerage system - Repair and maintenance of drains, Nullah Jaat, culverts roads, street repairs including RCC slabs, soling, re-soiling - Repair and maintenance of drains, Nullah Jaat, culverts roads, streets in Tehsil Pindi Bhattian - Providing and fixing Pana Flexes, steamers, holding boards - Hiring of chairs, sofa, tentage, table with cover, water cooler, canopy, sound system, lighting, arrangements generator and other works for annual events - Supply of sanitation equipment for sewer man and sanitation staff - Supply of different trees and plants - Repairing of street lights under jurisdiction of District Council - Painting of kerb stone, chows and maintenance of green belt - Hiring of excavator and tractor with trolley for Tehsil Hafizabad and Pindi Bhattian - Provision of multiple items for flood arrangements including transportation, food items, camping for rescue people, drinking water bottles during flood or monsoon - Supply of items for sport events including prizes, trophies, shields, kits, sport equipment and refreshments - Repair, construction, rehabilitation of boundary wall, gate, gate pillar The scope covers civil works, repair and maintenance of drainage and sewerage infrastructure, street lighting, event arrangements, flood relief logistics, and sports event supplies. The projects are to be executed under framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Firms must have valid PEC licenses in relevant categories, active FBR and PRA registration, and a clean record with no blacklisting under PPRA. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) with online bid submission and opening on 17-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. Bidders should ensure all lots and items are quoted as a whole package to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money (Bid Security) is required as per the specified amounts for each lot. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee as per PPRA rules. The procurement process follows PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
