Eligibility criteria require firms to have NTN certificates, valid registration with DGDP, and must submit a bid security of 5% of the quoted value (maximum PKR 1.0 million) via bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. The offer shall remain valid for 180 days from the commercial offer opening date. A performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. For repair items, submission and opening dates are 2 and 3 September 2026 respectively. Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes for technical offer, earnest money draft, and commercial offer, all sealed in one large envelope.
