Tender Description
The District Police Officer Mianwali is procuring various miscellaneous items and repair services for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is intended to cover eligible payments under a frame work contract through E-Procurement. The department invites bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers for the supply and repair of the listed items.

The scope includes supply and repair of machinery, furniture, IT equipment, and other building related works along with transport and safety items. The contract will be managed through E-Procurement with a single stage-single envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Bidders must provide 2% bid security of the estimated cost for each item. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory.
