Supply of School Uniforms (Boys & Girls) for Punjab Daanish Schools & Centres of Excellence Authority

Punjab Daanish Schools & Centres of Excellence Authority Lahore invites e-bids from all manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or sellers of school uniforms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply of school uniforms for all Daanish Schools (boys & girls) under a framework contract. Items being procured: - School Uniform (Boys) with estimated amount Rs. 21.158 Million - School Uniform (Girls) with estimated amount Rs. 25.540 Million The bid documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login, and the PDS & CEA website www.daanishschools.punjab.edu.pk. Bidders must submit their profiles including technical and financial bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The required 2% bid security must be paid or attached online through PSID generation on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The last date for bid submission is Wednesday 02 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Participation in the bidding process through the Punjab E-Procurement System is compulsory; submission of hard copies will not be accepted in compliance with the policy of the Government of Punjab and PPRA. Bidders should ensure their registration with relevant tax authorities and prepare their bids carefully to meet all technical and financial requirements.
