Supply of Slaughter House Machinery and Water Treatment Plant Equipment for Agriculture Department Peshawar

The Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperative Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders from registered local firms for the supply of specialized slaughter house machinery and water treatment plant equipment for Peshawar. This procurement is part of the Certification Project (ADP-160535) aimed at enhancing agricultural infrastructure in the region. Items being procured: - Slaughter House Machinery including Vacuum Packing Machine (with and without Gas kit) - Bone Saw Cutter - Mincer (Qeema maker) - Sterilizer Station (Knife and hand) - Splitting Saw - Carcass Chest Opening Saw - Water Treatment Plant/Reverse Osmosis Plant The technical specifications include chamber size, sealing bar size, vacuum pump capacity, motor power, and material quality such as SS304 for sterilizer station. The water treatment plant features a feed pump from Germany, FRP vessels with multimedia and carbon filters, reverse osmosis skid, online dosing pump, RO membrane housing, and electric control panel among others. Interested bidders must obtain detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) from the Project Director Certification Project office within 15 days of this advertisement. Quotations must be submitted with 2% earnest money in the form of a Bank Draft. All government taxes will be deducted from the successful bidder. The successful supplier is required to deliver the items within 15 days of receiving the purchase order. Tender opening will be held at 11:00 AM on the last submission day at the Project Director's office. The Project Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to modify quantities and specifications as needed. Bidders are advised to carefully review the ToRs and ensure compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and proper documentation are critical for successful participation.
