Tender Description
The Regional Tax Office Faisalabad invites bids for the supply of soft drinking water for the Financial Year 2026-27. The contract may be extended subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. Items being procured:
- 19 liter bottles with 250 empty and 20 new water dispensers
The supplier must be a reputable company with NOC from the Health Department, lab report from PSQCA, and license for the use of Standard Mark under PSQCA Act VI of 1996. Approximately 30 to 45 bottles are consumed daily in winter and 60 to 80 bottles in summer.
The water must be safe, hygienic, and fit for human consumption, complying with PSQCA and WHO standards. The supplier must hold valid certifications including Punjab Food Authority (PFA) registration, International Halal Certification, and Environmental Laboratory Certification. Water shall be supplied in properly sealed 19 liter bottles daily as per office requirements. Damaged or leaking bottles will not be accepted. Any substandard or contaminated water must be replaced immediately at the supplier's cost.
Bid security of 3% in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of The Chairman Purchase Committee, RTO Faisalabad, is required before tender opening. Payment will be made monthly against verified bills through the District Account Office Faisalabad with applicable tax deductions. Penalties apply for late delivery or poor quality, and repeated violations may lead to contract termination.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions and submit bids timely to avoid disqualification.
