Supply of Spare Parts for B Veh by 303 Spares Depot EME Lahore

303 Spares Depot Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (EME) Lahore Cantonment invites bids for the supply of spare parts for B Veh under IT No 11 B Veh for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through an Open Competitive Bidding process as per rule 21 of PPRA Procurement Rules 2004 and rule 36(b) for Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of spare parts for B Veh such as Cylinder Kit Clutch Master, Pad Kit Disc Brake Front, Cylinder Kit Rear Wheel, Head Sub Assy Cyl, Gasket Cylinder Head, Guide Oil Level Gauge, Sleeve Cylinder, Pan Sub Assy Oil, Gasket for Oil Filler Cap, Insulator Engine Mounting, Piston Sub Assy, Rod Sub Assy Connecting, Crankshaft, Pulley Crankshaft, Valve Intake and Exhaust, Strainer Sub Assy Oil, Gauge Sub Assy Oil Level, Oil Cooler Assy, Pump Assy Water, Pipe Outlet Water, Cap Sub Assy Radiator, Tank Assy Radiator, Hose Radiator Inlet, Manifold Intake and Exhaust, Element Sub Assy Air Cleaner, Hose Air Cleaner, Alternator Assy, Rotor Assy Alternator, Holder Assy Starter Brush, Brush Alternator, Clutch Sub Assy Starter, Starter Assy, Armature Assy Starter, Bearing Starter Armature, Handle Assy Front Door, Pedal Control Lever, Nozzle Windshield Washer, Damper Assy Steering, Grill Heater, Duct Assy Cold Air Intake, and many more detailed parts as per the attached excel sheet. The technical scope requires that all items be brand new or reconditioned as applicable, with country of origin and brand clearly specified. Only ITD approved brands in B Veh should be quoted. Samples must be provided for inspection at the time of technical opening. The delivery period must be mentioned in the quotation. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, proof of being a tax filer, ITD approval letter for quoted brands, relevant experience certificates, and bid security of Rs 1.00 Million in the form of CDR in the name of Commandant 303 Spares Depot EME. Firms not registered with 303 Spares Depot must complete registration within ten days of tender opening if awarded the contract.
