Supply of Spares for Tk T-80UD and Tk T-85UG by Directorate General Procurement (Army)

Sealed tenders are invited by the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi for the supply of various spares for military tanks. The procurement is conducted under PPRA rules and requires firms to possess NTN certificates. Items being procured: - 58 x Spares (Armament, D&M, Electrical & FCS) for Tk T-80UD - 123 x Spares (BOH/DMK) for Tk T-85UG - 158 x Spares (BOH/DMK) for Tk T-80UD The delivery period for all items is six months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate from Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), attested sales tax registration, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC copy of MD, and certificates proving firm is not blacklisted. Experience with government or semi-government organizations and proof of property/assets is also required. Registered or unregistered firms must submit original challan form no. 32-A for Rs 2000/- deposited in government treasury. Bid security of 5% of quoted value (maximum Rs. 1 million) must be attached as earnest money in the form of bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of store value is required within 30-45 days of contract signing.
