Supply of Sports Equipment Items for Sports Board Punjab

Sports Board Punjab (SBP), an autonomous body established by the Government of the Punjab for promotion and development of sports in the Punjab Province, invites eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors to submit applications for pre-qualification for the supply of sports equipment items for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through E-Tendering. Items being procured: - Supply of Sports Equipment Items The complete Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) in English can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and PPRA Punjab website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk as well as the Sports Board Punjab website https://sportsboard.punjab.gov.pk. The EOI application must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:45 AM. The PQD will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM at the address mentioned below. Applicants must sign and stamp all pages. Incomplete or vague E-Prequalification documents will not be entertained. This tender requires compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules and submission through the official e-procurement portal. Eligibility includes being a registered company/firm/sole proprietor with relevant experience and capability to supply sports equipment.
